Submitting with Personal Metis
You can submit your publications to the Leiden Repository with Personal METIS. METIS is the research information system of the universities in The Netherlands. All publications by academics have to be added to this database, a.o. because annual reports are based on METIS. You don’t need to submit the information again separately for the Repository.
The data from METIS are now also visible on the publications-tab of your personal page. If the publication is also available in the Leiden Repository, there will be a link to the publication on your page.
You will find all information about how to submit a publication to the Leiden Repository in the guides for the different faculties:

Criteria for pdf-files
To make sure that publications in the Repository can be found and used as good as possible, the pdf-files have to meet certain standards. We have made a list of criteria for pdf-files in a separate file (in Dutch).
Wat can the University Library do with publications in the Repository?
If you submit a publication to the Repository, you will be asked to agree to the License to Deposit. This license regulates what the University Library can and must do with your publications in the Repository. For future reference you can find here the licence as pdf-file.
