Annoucement Mathematics and Computer Science library move
Due to expansion of the Lorentz Center on the 2nd floor of the Snellius building the set-up of the Mathematics and Computer Science library will change in some way.
What is about to happen ?
From February 21st up to and including March 2nd the Mathematics and Computer Science library will be moved to the Ground Floor of the Snellius building. The books will be placed in room B3 and the journals in B4. The Theoretical Biology collection will be moved to the Gorlaeus library. For safety reasons the library is not accessible during this period. Books may therefore not be lent. You may return the books in our Bookbox which will temporarily be placed near B3 and B4. The nearest study spots are in the Gorlaeus library. You can find information about other Leiden University Libraries at
Room B303/Laptoproom ground floor in the Snellius building has limited study facilities.
After the renovation (August 2012) of the second floor the books will be replaced, but the journals remain in room B4.
In the end the library will have a different format with a modern look.
We all hope things will run smoothly with as little as possible inconvenience.
